Production Planner

Role Overview
As a Production Planner, you will play a key role in managing production schedules, ensuring the timely delivery of products, and optimizing resource allocation. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and inventory requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources.
- Monitor production progress, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions.
- Analyze capacity and resource constraints to optimize production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and material usage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support inventory management by aligning production plans with forecasts and stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across production processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Planner or in a similar role within manufacturing or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of production planning principles, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in planning and scheduling software, such as ERP or MRP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
