Senior React Developer

Role Overview
As a Senior React Developer, you will design, build, and maintain robust web applications using React and related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions while mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, ensuring excellent performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver seamless solutions.
- Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Lead code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code that follows best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring the long-term success of applications.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in React and front-end development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a React Developer, with a strong portfolio of web applications.
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- Solid understanding of modern front-end development tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend integration.
- Experience with state management, component lifecycle, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plus.
