Role Overview

- Conduct product testing and validation to ensure functionality and reliability.

- Monitor product performance and provide insights to stakeholders for ongoing development.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance support capabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical support or product support role.
