Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Role Overview

- Establish and enforce technology standards, best practices, and security protocols.
- Manage technology budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Represent the organization in technology discussions, partnerships, and public forums.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CTO, Technical Director, or in a similar leadership role within a technology-driven organization.
- Strong technical expertise, with a deep understanding of software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and system architecture.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and other modern development methodologies.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
