Resident Service Manager

Role Overview
As the Resident Service Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the property, ensuring a high level of service and tenant satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, coordinating with maintenance teams and contractors as required.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, fostering a sense of community and trust.
- Handle tenancy agreements, renewals, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
- Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance resident experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field, with a focus on residential services.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and property management regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
