ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to customize applications and workflows, ensuring alignment with business requirements and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change Management, and Asset Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs and third-party tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal platform performance.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow capabilities, releases, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, workflows, and user guides.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to organizational standards and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript), configuration, and customization.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are highly desirable.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
