Digital Engineering Technical Lead

Role Overview

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar role within the digital engineering domain.
- Strong expertise in digital engineering tools, methodologies, and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Solid understanding of software development, system integration, and project lifecycle management.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management frameworks is a plus.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.
