Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze and translate business needs into clear functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and validate solutions that address business challenges.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency and performance.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Support project managers in delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions, providing insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, with a track record of successfully delivering projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping and gap analysis.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is advantageous.
- Degree in Business, IT, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, BCS) are highly desirable.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
