Role Overview
As a Digital Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their digital marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly and deliver measurable results. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies tailored to client objectives, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of digital strategies, including SEO, PPC, content, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
- Collaborate with creative, technical, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address concerns, and align on future strategies.
- Identify upselling opportunities and work with the sales team to grow client accounts.

- Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry best practices and comply with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within a digital agency or marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
