Shared Service Manager

Requirements:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on process optimization.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with performance metrics, reporting, and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Familiarity with shared service technologies and tools is an advantage.
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are desirable.
