SAP Payroll Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Lead to manage and enhance our payroll systems and processes, ensuring compliance and optimized performance.
Role Overview
As the SAP Payroll Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll operations within the SAP ecosystem. This role requires strong expertise in SAP Payroll configuration, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SAP Payroll system, ensuring its functionality, accuracy, and compliance.
- Oversee payroll processes, including configuration, data integration, and reporting within SAP.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to identify and address payroll-related requirements and challenges.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, implementing enhancements and solutions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and organizational policies.
- Provide expertise on SAP Payroll modules, advising on best practices and system capabilities.
- Manage system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to payroll operations.
- Train and support payroll and HR teams to maximize the efficient use of SAP Payroll systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SAP Payroll, including configuration and system management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Experience in managing system upgrades, patches, and integrations within SAP.
- Familiarity with other SAP modules, such as SAP HR or SAP Finance, is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in SAP Payroll or SAP HCM are highly desirable.
- Degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
