ERP Delivery Manager – Finance & Procurement

We are seeking an experienced ERP Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of ERP systems with a focus on finance and procurement modules.
Role Overview
As the ERP Delivery Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of ERP projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, are delivered on time, and stay within budget. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions into existing workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP projects focused on finance and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful ERP implementation.
- Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and continuity of operations.
- Provide training and support to end-users, driving adoption and proficiency in the ERP system.
- Stay updated on ERP trends and best practices to recommend improvements and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects, particularly in finance and procurement modules.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, or Trello.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly desirable.
- Degree in Business, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
