CRM Project Manager

Role Overview
As a CRM Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of CRM projects from inception to completion. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end CRM projects, including planning, implementation, and delivery, ensuring they meet timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Work closely with technical teams and vendors to ensure CRM solutions align with business needs.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, timelines, and status reports.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of CRM solutions.
- Stay updated on CRM trends and technologies, recommending enhancements to existing systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on CRM implementation and optimization.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
- Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in tools like MS Project, Trello, or Jira.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly desirable.
- Degree in Business, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
