Service Reporting Analyst

Role Overview
As a Service Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and maintaining reports that provide valuable insights into IT service performance. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, generate, and maintain reports to monitor IT service performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key performance metrics effectively.
- Provide recommendations to enhance service delivery based on data-driven insights.
- Support incident, problem, and change management processes through accurate reporting.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by validating and verifying reporting inputs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and tools for service reporting and analytics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a reporting or analytics role, preferably within IT services.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Excellent understanding of ITIL processes and IT service management principles.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) is advantageous.
- Degree in IT, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
