Product Owner

Role Overview
As the Product Owner, you will act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring product goals are met with clarity and precision. You will own the product backlog, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized based on business value and customer impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the product meets user needs and expectations.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and report on product progress, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to processes and products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or equivalent.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with UX principles and user-centric design approaches is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager are desirable.
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
