Engineering Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from inception to completion.
Role Overview
As the Engineering Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and performance to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Oversee resource allocation, ensuring the right skills and expertise are assigned to projects.
- Conduct regular project reviews, providing updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies throughout project lifecycles.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing the delivery of engineering projects, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Knowledge of relevant engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
