SAP Solution Lead
Chilworth Partnership is working with a leading UK Services organization in their search for a skilled SAP Solution Lead. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP and Coupa functionalities. By leveraging technical expertise and business process knowledge, the role will add value to the organization's SAP (Neptune) platform.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Department, the SAP Solution Lead will provide advanced design, configuration, and functional support for SAP solutions across multiple modules. Additionally, the role will support Coupa functionalities, including Procurement and Supply Chain processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist-level design, configuration, and functional support for SAP modules.
- Deliver functional and configuration support for the Coupa solution, covering:
- Source to Contract (S2C)
- Requisition to Pay (R2P)
- Data and Analytics
- Open Business Network (OBN)
- Configure and support Procurement & Supply Chain processes, Inventory Management, Material Requirement Planning, and Master Data.
- Conduct and participate in user requirements gathering, blueprinting, and documentation of designs.
- Ensure all business processes, functional specifications, technical specifications, test scripts, and training documentation are created, maintained, and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on experience in Procurement & Supply Chain solutions, including configuration and support across SAP modules.
- Proven expertise in Coupa configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of business processes and integrations within Procurement & Supply Chain.
- Experience with integrations across Finance, Logistics, Project Systems, Timesheets, and other departments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
