Role Overview
As the Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee IT service operations, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of ITIL practices, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring they meet agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage the lifecycle of IT service management processes, adhering to ITIL best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service-related issues, ensuring swift resolution and communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize service performance and implement improvements.
- Develop and maintain service management documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports.
- Conduct regular reviews of service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards in service delivery.
- Drive customer satisfaction by fostering strong relationships and addressing feedback proactively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or in a similar IT service management role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and frameworks, with ITIL certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to service improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and platforms, such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar.
- Degree in IT, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
