Role Overview
As an Autodesk Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the effective use of Autodesk software across projects, providing technical guidance, and optimizing workflows. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, training skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support for Autodesk software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other related tools.
- Conduct training sessions for teams and individuals to enhance their proficiency in Autodesk applications.
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize workflows and integrate Autodesk solutions effectively.
- Troubleshoot software issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
- Stay updated on the latest Autodesk updates, features, and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.
- Assist in the customization of Autodesk tools to meet specific project or organizational needs.
- Create and maintain documentation, including training materials, guides, and best practice workflows.
- Support project delivery by ensuring the seamless application of Autodesk tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Autodesk software, including AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong technical expertise in design and drafting software, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Experience in training and supporting users at various skill levels.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards and workflows in architecture, engineering, or construction is a plus.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or a related field; Autodesk certifications are highly desirable.
