Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team and lead the design, deployment, and optimization of our network infrastructure.
Role Overview
As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of network systems. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, solve complex networking challenges, and contribute to the scalability and reliability of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain high-performance network infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify networking requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and other network devices, configuring them for optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, data protection regulations, and best practices.
- Lead network projects, including upgrades, migrations, and expansions, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
- Stay updated on the latest networking technologies, tools, and trends, recommending improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer, with expertise in designing and managing complex networks.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security technologies.
- Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with cloud networking and hybrid environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
