Gas Supervisor Technical Team Leader

Role Overview
As the Gas Supervisor / Technical Team Leader, you will manage and support a team of gas engineers and technicians. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service while ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of gas engineers and technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for complex gas-related issues.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee maintenance schedules, repair work, and installation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality.
- Manage team performance, providing training, mentoring, and performance reviews to support professional growth.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of maintenance and compliance activities.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address concerns, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the gas or energy sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of gas systems, installations, maintenance, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the gas industry.
- Relevant certifications, such as Gas Safe registration, are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
