Role Overview
As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing marketing performance data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into impactful decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various channels to evaluate campaign performance.
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define KPIs and measure the success of initiatives.
- Perform customer segmentation and targeting analysis to enhance personalization and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and other digital marketing channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging analytics tools, recommending improvements to processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; certifications in analytics or marketing are advantageous.
