Business Development Manager – Warehouse Automation

Role Overview
As the Business Development Manager – Warehouse Automation, you will lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the warehouse automation sector to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their specific operational challenges and requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement automation solutions that align with customer objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in warehouse automation.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the organization and clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the warehouse automation or related technology sector.
- Strong understanding of warehouse automation systems, including robotics, conveyor systems, and software solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant technical qualifications are advantageous.
