Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV Consultant

Role Overview
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV Consultant, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, provide expert advice, and deliver solutions that drive efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and design customized Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV solutions.
- Lead implementation projects, ensuring successful deployment and integration.
- Configure and customize ERP systems to meet business processes and operational needs.
- Conduct workshops, training, and user support sessions to ensure successful adoption.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and customizations.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve technical and functional issues.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics and ERP technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV Consultant.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes, including finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV.
- Familiarity with integration tools and technologies, such as Power Platform and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools is advantageous.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-800, MB-300) are highly desirable.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
