Customer Service Manager

Role Overview

- Handle escalated customer inquiries, resolving complex issues promptly and professionally.

- Prepare and present reports on customer service metrics and performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and integrated customer journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
- Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring the team is motivated and customer-focused.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of handling challenging situations with professionalism.
- Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Proficiency in customer service tools, CRM systems, and reporting software.
- A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in training and developing team members.
- Degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
