SAP TM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Consultant to join our team and deliver exceptional SAP Transportation Management (TM) solutions for our clients.
Role Overview
As an SAP TM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP TM solutions that align with client requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize logistics processes and ensure successful delivery of end-to-end transportation management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and design SAP TM solutions to meet their logistics needs.
- Configure and implement SAP TM modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and provide expert guidance.
- Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Optimize transportation planning, execution, and freight cost management processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and test scripts.
- Stay updated on SAP TM innovations and industry trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Support project delivery from initial scoping to post-implementation support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP TM Consultant, with expertise in SAP Transportation Management modules.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, including freight management and carrier integration.
- Hands-on experience with SAP TM configuration and implementation.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP TM and other SAP modules such as SD, MM, and EWM.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex business challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies is a plus.
- Relevant SAP certifications are highly desirable.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
