Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that guide business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the delivery of accurate and meaningful reports that influence strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present key metrics and insights.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate information.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to address specific business questions and challenges.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation and quality checks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and analytics tools to continually enhance capabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and data modeling is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
