IT Support Analyst – Security, VMWare, SCCM, M365

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst with expertise in security, VMWare, SCCM, and M365 to join our London-based team.
Role Overview
As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide expert support for IT infrastructure and applications, ensuring operational excellence and security compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and engage with a wide range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class support for IT systems, including VMWare, SCCM, and Microsoft 365, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, resolving them promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and enhance IT security protocols, including patch management, vulnerability assessments, and compliance monitoring.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of SCCM for software updates and endpoint management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures to ensure operational continuity.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, recommending improvements to existing systems.
- Support project implementation, providing technical expertise and ensuring seamless integration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or in a similar role, with expertise in VMWare, SCCM, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience in patch management, vulnerability scanning, and endpoint protection.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and networking fundamentals.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are highly desirable.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
