We are seeking a skilled Kinaxis Solution Consultant to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique supply chain needs and help them achieve their business objectives.
Role Overview
As a Kinaxis Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure the platform, and ensure seamless integration with their business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions tailored to their needs.
- Configure, test, and deploy RapidResponse applications, ensuring optimal functionality and alignment with business goals.
- Support the integration of Kinaxis solutions with existing ERP and supply chain systems.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on using Kinaxis RapidResponse effectively.
- Conduct data analysis and scenario planning to help clients make informed decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-deployment support.
- Document configurations, processes, and best practices to support ongoing use and enhancements.
- Stay updated on Kinaxis product updates, features, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for supply chain solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Kinaxis RapidResponse applications.
- Experience integrating Kinaxis solutions with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
- Relevant Kinaxis certifications are highly desirable.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
