Role Overview
As a Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with stakeholders to customize and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem. This role offers an exciting opportunity to implement innovative solutions that optimize workflows and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce configurations and workflows to improve functionality and efficiency.
- Integrate Salesforce with other business systems using APIs and middleware tools.
- Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and best practices, recommending enhancements to the current architecture.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and processes for knowledge sharing and operational continuity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security principles.
- Experience with API integrations and middleware tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I or II) are highly desirable.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered.
