Kinaxis Solution Architect

We are seeking a skilled Kinaxis Solution Architect to design, implement, and support Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions that align with our clients' business objectives.
Role Overview
As a Kinaxis Solution Architect, you will lead the design and deployment of Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient supply chain solutions while providing technical expertise and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions tailored to client needs.
- Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop technical designs, integration strategies, and deployment plans.
- Configure and customize RapidResponse functionalities to optimize supply chain processes.
- Provide technical leadership during the implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing effective resolutions to ensure system reliability.
- Stay updated on Kinaxis product updates and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Develop documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Kinaxis Solution Architect or in a similar role.
- Deep knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, integration, and customization.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and their integration with Kinaxis solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles is a plus.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Relevant Kinaxis certifications are highly desirable.
