Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the delivery of technical and engineering services, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in technical or facilities management, with a strong engineering background.
- Excellent knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
