IT Support Analyst

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Analyst to join our team and provide technical support across a variety of systems and platforms.
Role Overview
As an IT Support Analyst, you will serve as the first point of contact for IT issues, providing effective and timely resolutions to users. You will work across a diverse range of technologies, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for users.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Support and maintain applications, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
- Monitor and manage user accounts and access permissions in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and system configurations for future reference.
- Contribute to IT projects and system upgrades as required.
- Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with networking basics, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and TCP/IP.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities, capable of engaging with users at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT service management tools is advantageous.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or equivalent are desirable.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
