Infrastructure Manager

Role Overview
As the Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure. You will manage a team of skilled professionals, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of systems to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT infrastructure team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of the organization’s IT systems.
- Manage budgets and resources for infrastructure projects and operations.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure strategies with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks to IT systems, ensuring robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Manager or similar leadership role in IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server management, virtualization, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Expertise in IT security practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of motivating teams and engaging stakeholders.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL is desirable.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
