Lead Business Analyst

Role Overview
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will manage and oversee business analysis activities across key projects. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately translated into effective solutions. Your role will also involve mentoring junior analysts and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end business analysis process for projects, from requirements gathering to solution delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.
- Define and document business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and alignment.
- Analyze and map current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Manage and mentor junior business analysts, fostering professional growth and development.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of business analysis deliverables.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on business analysis methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, tools, and techniques.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Visio, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are highly desirable.
