IT Project Manager

Role Overview
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to drive project success and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end management of IT projects, from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues to keep projects on track.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and organizational policies.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring deliverables meet expectations and agreements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly desirable.
- Degree in IT, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
