Housing Service Manager

Role Overview
As a Housing Service Manager, you will oversee housing operations, manage teams, and ensure the delivery of effective and responsive services to residents. You will drive service improvements, maintain compliance with regulations, and foster a community-focused approach to housing management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of housing services, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate teams, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with housing regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to achieve cost-effective operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards and address maintenance needs.
- Analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and community engagement among residents and staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in housing management or a related field, with a track record of delivering exceptional services.
- Strong knowledge of housing regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and resources effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in housing management software and tools.
- Degree in Housing Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
