Hard FM Services Manager
We are a leading facilities management organization dedicated to delivering high-quality Hard FM services, including maintenance, compliance, and infrastructure management. We are seeking an experienced Hard FM Services Manager to lead our Hard FM operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of services to meet client expectations.
Role Overview
As the Hard FM Services Manager, you will oversee the delivery of Hard FM services, including maintenance, compliance, and asset management. You will manage teams and contractors, implement best practices, and ensure services are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of Hard FM services, including reactive and planned maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, statutory requirements, and industry standards.
- Manage budgets and resources to deliver cost-effective and efficient services.
- Monitor service performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement service improvement strategies.
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of services and materials.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Prepare and present reports on service performance, budgets, and compliance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management, with a focus on Hard FM services.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, compliance, and asset management practices.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and tools.
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
