AWS Cloud Engineer

Role Overview
As an AWS Cloud Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions that support the business objectives of our clients. You will work collaboratively with development, operations, and security teams to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available AWS solutions.
- Develop and manage infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Monitor and optimize cloud environments for cost efficiency and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across AWS services and integrated systems.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, deployment, and testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud strategies with business goals.
- Stay updated on AWS advancements and incorporate best practices into cloud architecture.
- Ensure cloud environments adhere to security and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an AWS Cloud Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of AWS services and architecture.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including VPC, routing, and security groups.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working in cross-functional teams.
- AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are highly desirable.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
