Role Overview
As a Talent Systems & Data Specialist, you will oversee the functionality, integration, and optimization of talent management systems while analyzing workforce data to provide actionable insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems align with organizational needs and support HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain talent management systems, ensuring optimal performance and integration.
- Analyze and interpret workforce data to provide insights that inform HR and business decisions.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades, configurations, and customizations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and deliver user training and support to enhance system adoption and efficiency.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track key performance indicators.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HR systems and analytics.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing HR or talent management systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in HR, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
