Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and implement advanced Salesforce functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce development and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Implement and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce solutions by adhering to best practices and design principles.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and support teams.
- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay informed on Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices, recommending improvements to the existing architecture.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and configurations to ensure seamless knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, including configuration and customization.
- Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Application Architect, are highly desirable.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
