Staff DevOps Engineer

Role Overview
As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and managing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions. You will collaborate across teams to implement DevOps best practices, streamline workflows, and ensure system reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and automated deployment processes.
- Optimize system performance and monitor infrastructure to ensure availability and resilience.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to align on best practices.
- Automate processes using tools and scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
- Stay updated on the latest DevOps tools, trends, and practices to continuously improve workflows.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a DevOps engineering role, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or a similar language.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working in cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
