IT Data Analyst

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from IT systems to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support IT and business operations.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to define data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity across all analysis processes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in data analytics and IT systems.
- Document processes and findings to support knowledge sharing and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably with exposure to IT systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and their integration with data workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in IT, Data Analytics, or a related field; certifications in analytics tools or methodologies are a plus.
