Salesforce Platform Technical Product Manager

Role Overview
As a Salesforce Platform Technical Product Manager, you will be the key link between technical teams, stakeholders, and users. You will own the Salesforce platform strategy, prioritize features, and drive the delivery of impactful solutions. This role combines product management expertise with deep technical knowledge of Salesforce capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the Salesforce platform roadmap, aligning it with business goals and user requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and functionality.
- Prioritize features and manage the product backlog in coordination with technical teams.
- Ensure Salesforce integrations align with existing systems and business processes.
- Monitor platform performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Stay updated on Salesforce advancements and ensure the platform leverages its latest capabilities.
- Provide training and support to end-users, driving platform adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Salesforce platform management, with a strong understanding of its technical and functional capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including declarative tools, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Strong knowledge of product management principles, Agile methodologies, and backlog management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder, are highly desirable.
- Degree in IT, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
