Managing Operations Director - Fire Alarm

Role Overview
As the Managing Operations Director, you will have full responsibility for managing and optimizing the operations of our fire alarm systems division. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fire alarm systems division, ensuring high standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an operations management or director-level role, preferably within the fire alarm or safety systems industry.
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, installation, and maintenance processes.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
