Role Overview
As the Site Quality Leader / Quality Manager, you will lead all aspects of quality management, including compliance, process improvement, and team development. Your role will be critical in ensuring products meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance processes and systems across the site.
- Oversee quality control activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory and industry standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality-related issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with business goals.
- Manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
- Train, mentor, and develop the quality team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Monitor and report key quality metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a quality leadership role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, capable of engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in quality tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma, FMEA, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with internal and external audits and customer quality assurance processes.
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
