Role Overview
As a Tech Lead / Lead Developer, you will oversee the technical delivery of projects, guiding the development team in building robust and scalable software solutions. This role combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Oversee and guide the technical work of the development team, ensuring best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project goals.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the delivery of maintainable and scalable code.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, integrating them into development processes.
- Work closely with project managers and other departments to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software development, with a track record of leading technical teams.
- Expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#, or Java).
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
