Heat Pump Service Manager

Role Overview

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a service management role within the HVAC or renewable energy sector, with a focus on heat pump systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of heat pump technology, installation, and maintenance processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using service management tools and software.
- Relevant qualifications in HVAC, renewable energy, or a related field; certifications in heat pump systems are desirable.
