Resident Service Manager

Role Overview
As a Resident Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a residential property, ensuring high standards of service, maintenance, and community engagement. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to create a welcoming and efficient living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of resident services, including move-ins, move-outs, and ongoing support.
- Serve as the main point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Oversee property maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of issues and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents to foster a sense of community.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, security, and functionality.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and optimize operational efficiencies.
- Plan and execute community events and initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or a related customer service role.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with diverse residents and teams.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and building maintenance practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Property Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
