Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and solutions that align with customer goals.
- Manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, providing regular progress reports to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, such as cloud computing, software, or IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.
- Degree in Business, IT, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.
